Glenthorne Quaker Centre & Guesthouse
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR GROUP BOOKINGS
Groups booking the whole of Glenthorne have the sole use of the facilities, which include dinning room, conference room, lounge, garden room, and grounds. They must have a minimum of 35 people.
If you are unable to support the booking of the whole place because of the lower numbers, we can offer a reduced number of rooms provided sufficient notice is given. In this case, you would not have sole use of the house although any other guests would be made aware of the group and restricted in the facilities offered to them.
A deposit of 10% is due at time of booking, with a further 30% due three months prior to the group’s arrival, the balance is payable on arrival. Cancellations with less than 90 days’ notice are non-refundable and will be charged the full 40% deposit.
We ask all guests to vacate their rooms and settle any bar bills by 10.00 a.m. on morning of departure.
There is a supplement of £10.00 per room per night for single occupancy of a double/twin room.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS
Cancellations with less than 14 days notice are non-refundable. Deposits can only be returned if the rooms are re-let.
We are able to transfer a deposit to a future booking within the same financial year.
